64/365 Another Tom
I first saw him at night, playing basketball under the lights. He was wearing this satiny green warmup suit that showed off his assets. Tom was my boyfriend’s golfing buddy-now-pen-pal (they played one hilarious hole per letter). Five years later, I married his brother.

Oh this is the start of a novel.
Hope Tom's brother has the same assests!
Ha! Several comments popped into my mind, all of which will stay there...
For the record, I have been quite pleased with Tom's brother's assets.
I will now quietly imagine what comments have popped into Fat Red Ant's mind... Oh. Oh.
I'd suggest washing FRA's mind out with soap, but I think I had a few of the same thoughts.
mm, where, oh where is your blog?
Do you mind... I was thinking about Tom's...
Oh, never mind. My blog self-destructed, with a little unintentional help* from me. I've decided not to resurrect it.
*I'm a moron and shouldn't try to do exciting things to blogs when I have no idea what I'm doing.
mm: First, pardon me for interrupting, of course. Second, for the record, I miss your blog. But you must do what you must do...
(And you couldn't possibly be more of a moron than I when it comes to blogs. I have only learned to do what I absolutely must.)
MM is actually the person I turn to with all my blog questions. That is, I used to...
LOL
I'm also available for financial advice.
mm - I don't know if you'll come back to this thread, but I sure do miss your blog, too. Please! Reconsider! Come back and play!
indigo - I've been buried in "other than fun" lately, and am just now trying to catch up on the 365 blogs, and I have to say ... I've missed some really good ones here! If I wasn't so busy trying to ignore all the delicious secret thoughts that overflowed from FRA's .... oh, nevermind. Anyway, I surely do enjoy your blog, and especially appreciate your delicacy with words. You rock.
Wow, thanks for the compliment BB--this is the second time in my life someone's said "you rock" to me (the first was a checkout girl when I could make correct change). I feel most honored.
it takes a little more to impress me than the ability to make change (although that certainly is an admirable quality to possess). I'm absolutely blown away by the way you blend words into neat (or sometimes perfectly untidy) packages. It's a little like witnessing a beautiful sunset ... you can stand back and soak it in with your eyes, or you can really let the warmth creep into your soul, where it will nourish you forever.
Your words are very nourishing.
